HOLISTIC WELLNESS FOR WOMEN
(LIVING IN A MAN’S WORLD)
FOR THE WOMAN WHO’S DOING EVERYTHING, FEELING EVERYTHING, AND STILL SHOWING UP… WE SEE YOU. THIS SPACE IS YOUR SANCTUARY.
It’s time to put YOUR wellness first!
We Focus on the Four Houses of Wellness
For some of us, our mind is our own worst enemy, and social media, the news, or even a conversation with a friend could send our minds into dark places. At CWR, we want to see our members focused on mindfulness, gratitude, boundaries, positive affirmations and more to protect our mental and emotional well-being. If you need to focus on your mind, here are some great tools and resources for you.
Soma or our physical health is frequently the area we neglect, especially when we’re stressed at work or when our financial house is out of order. We will say things like “I can’t afford to eat healthy,” or “I don’t have time to work out” or “I don’t have time to cook a meal.” If you are someone who says these statements, then you need to check out our Soma House page. Focusing on our physical health does not need to take a lot of time, cost money or be boring.
Our founder spent 12 years of her life building and growing the financial services brand, Financial Gym. Over the 12 years, Shannon and her team realized there are a number of common money issues people have and that wealth of knowledge resides in our Money House tools and resources. Money is the ultimate taboo topic and at CWR, we’re here to debunk money myths and help people own their money rather than their money owning them.
Every wellness house is important; however, we can argue our soul house is our most important. We live in dark and scary times and it’s easy to get caught up in the fear and anxiety surrounding us; but if we focus on the fact that we are here for a purpose and part of a greater collective, then it’s easier to get through this earthly life. We don’t believe in any one religion, but we do believe that we are all loved by a Higher Authority and therefore we have more that unites us than divides us.
About Us
Collective Wellness Revival has been decades in the making. Our Founder and CEO, Shannon McLay, experienced the surprise of her life when her successful 25 year career in financial services was thrown on its head after a mental health crisis led to her spending 16 days in not one but two mental health facilities. As a Type-A overachiever,
